About Scootle

Scootle provides accessible, browser-based educational games for pupils aged roughly 8 to 16. Games are built with HTML5, CSS and JavaScript, so they run on school laptops, tablets and home computers without any installation.

We keep things simple on purpose. Pupils do not need accounts, and teachers can share a game with a single link.

Scootle is a sister project to TEKcentral. Scootle is powered by TEKcentral, which provides coding education and creative technology activities for young people.
